The birthplace of Westport Fitness was within in an office building in the heart of Edinburgh and we dedicate ourselves to promoting accessible fitness to office based staff.  Helping improve health, happiness and productivity.

Most, if not all, offices have meetings rooms, conference area's or clear open space.  From time to time, these area's are not being used or find they are accessible for an hour.  This is a perfect opportunity for employers and all office based workers to be serious about improving the health and well being of the workplace. With no long walk to a gym or park, time is saved by getting active within the office.  Westport Fitness can stream into your office online, by video conference and in person.  With today's technology, there are so many opportunities and possibilities to bring fitness to people and help build it into their modern busy lifestyle.

Improve posture, flexibility and morning mood with our Morning Wake Up.  This consists of a gental warm u, some light core exercises and stretching.  Get your mind and body ready for the day.

Just before your lunch, wake your body up and shake off the cobwebs.  Our high-intensity impact training may sound worse than it is but we have had complete beginners surprise themselves with what they achieved.  8 exercises in each workout, completed 3-4 times.  20-30 seconds working as hard as you can with 10-20 seconds rest.  Cardio, legs, core and upper body are all tackled alternatively.

Late working?  What to do in the evening? Wake the mind, body and soul with a heavier class designed around toning and building muscle.  No cardio here.  Just a lot of work, in a short time.  Up to an hour of heavy lifting, body weight exercises and core work.
