When I started working out, I tried  workout plan after plan and tended to slip back into boredom.  Part of this was down to too much information and no clear direction.  The following workouts help you move forward, allow you to create your own plan and continually surprise your body with variety which will keep you interested in improving your fitness.

Morning Wake Up - This is a morning body wake up and stretch workout.  Helps flexibility, mobility, mood and energy levels. Although you can do this daily, if you can get between 3 & 5 morning workouts, this would be a great help to your mobility and daily mood.

High Intensity - The best workouts in a short time.  These will bring your heart rate up and help burn calories.  I advise 3 days of these classes per week.  If you do them hard, you wont be able to do more! A maximum of 5 a week or you will end up with burn out.

Flexibility - Try some of these stretching techniques to help easy off the muscles, improve flexibility and  better your posture.  Post workout, pre-workout, deep stretching and assisted stretching.  Can be done daily but try to get 3-5 per week to keep you supple.

Strength Training - These workouts are designed for just about anywhere.  Bodyweight exercises, weights, high intensity and full body.  Tried and tested with advice from some of the best out there.  Get all your body with 3-5 of these a week.
